    Repairing Transoms
    Offshore Racing wasn´t designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.

    Hibernating ............................... Did just book a trip to Ft myers for feb 6 to 13th . Hope it warms up !!! 67 is better than snow like here today. Going to my buds that works @ nor tech for the weekend then to Sarasota for a week of canvas training.

    Still here.. did I tell ya what was causing all my engine problems over the last TWO YEARS ??!! THIS IS WHAT I FOUND, brand new Alum. heads with the main water port completely blocked with FOUNDRY SAND !!, WARPED THE HEAD Dean Gellener cut them 20k and I reinstalled and re adjusted.. ALL IS FINALLY GOOD !! CAN'T wait till spring..

    Seems so. first year same motor, had 0 oil psi @ idle.. sent both engines back, spun two mains, temps never read over 185* but water temp sensor in the port that was full of sand! no oil temp sensor then, do now.
