Various Helicopters in Flight by Eaton Photos
    #1
Not Boating Related, but I thought I would share some images', I shot of Helicopters' this year.

Here is a partial collection of Choppers', I shot this year. I only made it to two Airshows this year. As it would seem, that I was more occupied/ having a blast with shooting Offshore Powerboat Racing & Hydroplanes.

C&C is welcome. Have a Good Day.

Simply put, yes the Red Bull Helo is upside down. Yes he did mean to do it. It was part of a Barrel Roll Sequence. That shot just happened to be the most unique. And as a side note, he is the only licensed & certified pilot, by the FAA, to do what he does in a Helicopter.

    Mr Eaton,

Nice photos, thought I would add some photos shot by our Publisher of helicopters to go along with yours.

Ned's other passion is aviation so helicopters and the like are one of his fav subjects.

    Rick,

Those are some awesome shots. #3 is a unique angle/ perspective. #4, seems a bit odd. Do you use a Helo, to go hunting in the Kiwiland? Side note, shooting you an email.

    James,

Yes Ned does shoot some nice helo shots and gets some great access. Yes in New Zealand deer are a noxious pest so there are about 30 or so helicopters in the country that have their primary income from hunting deer for the export market.

    Regards

    Rick.

P.S. Will check with Ned and ask him how he shot image 3.

That helicopter is based out of Camarillo, Ca. We watch him fly all the time while we're training on the tarmac.
