    13 people on a 24 footer involved with a 33 foot Coast Guard vessel with 5 aboard
    8 year old boy RIP
    5 seriously injured
    80K people attending to watch 80 boats over 8 nights parade with Christmas lights on them
    Coast Guard boat on routine patrol was responding to a grounded boat when the collision occured.
