Today during a test of the World Championship of Class 1 in Dubai the Victory 1 of Mohammad Al Mehairi from the UAE and Jean-Marc Sanchez of France has suffered a scary accident that has caused the death of the two pilots.
Jean Marc Sanchez was a veteran of the offshore and the modern competitions with the cats.
He had begun in the far 1984 with the team of Didier Pironi him tragically disappeared two years later with the other French Bernard Giroux and Jean Luc Guenard.
After the end of the Team Leader Sanchez has been crew in other prestigious team like those of Edoardo Polli and of the lamented Domenico Achilli and finally the Victory Team from the 1993.
