Everyone, Thanks for all the kind words....

At this point I was still needed to cut more wood or hollow glass out. Next was the area where the batterys & oil tank were fastened down...

I knew I was close to cutting out a stringer so I wanted to support the hull as best as I could. First thing I bought were a set of four jack stands from Harbor Freight. I wanted to use the trailer for support but didnt want the boat to move when I climbed in and out. I use the stands to lift the trailer off the ground. Next, I borrowed 4 pad stands to put in all 4 corners of the boat..

My next steps were to continue cutting out the cabin floor in the front. That needed to get out before I started to tackle a stringer....

At this point the gas tank was next.. What the heck do you do with ~20 gallons of gas??? I bought 3 five gallon cans and started sifoning the gas out.. Thank god for the neighbor next door! He had a friend living with him that was layed off from work and was more than happy to put all the gas I could give him in his rusted out S-10!! What a win / win situation... After digging all the foam out as best as I could, it was time to pull the tank out... I thought the floor/liner was heavy... The tank was more :O !! But, I am proud to say I got it out!!

The Mulcher... The best tools I found for this was the grind, flat chisel, and a hammer..

Wow!! Big project for a small boat. I think I'm going into my third year on my 24 Pantera, and not as extensive as yours project.
It's looking good, and glad your going about it the right way.
Sometimes these smaller boats like ours don't get the respect I think they deserve.
It gets harder to get things done as they become more expensive. Trust me.
    Tearing stuff apart is cheap.
It's when you go to start putting it back together that it gets expensive.
I look forward to following your project.
