The first two are from Nor-Tech's 50 foot Gold Rush.
The last one is a side shot of MTI's Looney Toons boat.

Donnie or anybody that cares to reply. Do you have any pics on "older boats" I would like to see some before and after photos. I am current using waxing frenzy on my boat and I am really happy with it. I am interested in leverage, how often do you apply? How do you apply? etc

    Thanks,

    MM

    Hey MM,

I apply 1 coat per year to my boats here in AR. My coastal guys average between 1 & 2 coats per year depending on how they store their boat. My Polish is hand applied and my Oxidation Remover is with a Rotary buffer. It all depends on the depth & clarity of your shine currently. I want every boat to shine like the Nor-Techs above. Here's a few that we've buffed and also a step-by-step link.

Dang that was fast thanks. My hull sides on my boat are really good, but my deck in not quite up to my standards.

I'm on top of those quick replies.
Spring is in the Air and the phones been ringing off the hook.

You should be fine with 1 coat per year. For the deck, I would start with mr Oxidation Remover, Wool Pad & Buffer. Rubrail down just the Polish. Follow that link I just posted and it will explain how we buff and what we use. Let me know if you need anything. Top Notch Performance Marine is close to you, so shipping should be 1-2 days.

I thought I was told before, you will need to remove as much wax as possible before you put on the leverage.

Nope...My Polish will dissipate wax on the surface.

You might be thinking about what I had posted on buffing. Sometimes waxes buildup over the years and make the surface dull, blotchy or yellow. I recommend buffing first before applying the Polish in those cases.

How do you guys polish the non skid stuff? I buffed it and used a scrub brush. Should I put your polish over it now?

No Polish on the Non Skid.

You need to use a product that's designed for traction. There's quite a few Non Skid waxes offered. I would Google and read some articles.

I have used Frenzy. Leverage is easier to apply and remove and the results are better. It seems to last quite a bit longer as well.

These pics were taken at the end of August. I had used Leverage in May. My boat is a 1997.

You can use the cleaner for a few other things as well besides the seats. Glad to see you like the polish and cleaners guys.
