In Production-4, Simmons Racing was only able to run to the checkered flag once during the week, but, combined with a pair of second places, it was good enough for the title.

Once again the 34' Phantom comes up a world champion. Way to go! (older picture, same boat, same owner, same result)

Didn't that use to be offshore racing's biggest man whowar? I think he has been dethroned by Stinson now. I remember riding with Will in the Mini Cooper to dinner at the Bonefish and him knowing all the women there and a story about most of them. That "WTF" look is one I give him when I read his emails. If you're on the mailing list, you know why. Tell him Big Andy from Illinois says hello and hopefully I will be down to see him soon.

I made it to the Michigan City race and my brother-in-law and I were talking infront of there boat and I asked if he remembered in Grand Haven when they got hit and had damge to the boat we saw in the parking lot and at that monent a lady said yep that's his boat and she talked to us for a little bit and found out she is Jim's wife. Then after the race I found out that Kyle the driver is or was living not far from me in Syracues, In. wish I knew that before because he singe there card of there boat and said it was an old one because his picture wasn't on it.

Yes that was Grand Haven Mi. It was the last lap, and STYX & Let's Play were in the last race for the years F-2 championship . A wake from another boat triped them up. As the referee I have to say it was one of the best races I have seen untill then. Both boats had damage but LET's PLAY crossed the finish line first. Both teams put on a GREAT SHOW.
