Anyone here have experience with the Opti's?? Mine on the center console developed a low speed miss. After balancing out the cylinders with my DDT it's obvious #2 is the culprit. Compression is good. I've swapped the coils, plugs, plug wire, coil module, even the fuel injector and it's made no difference. It sounds like an electrical miss - much like a plug wire making one mis-fire. The pressures on the fuel rail and air rail are within spec.
Anything else I'm missing here?

If everything checks out and it is still missing you should send out all 12 injectors.

We went through the exact same thing with a 2.5 last weekend, it was the ECU.

Sean did it show anything with the DDT?

Gary had run the DDT before he left and it showed perfect. Which is why the injectors and ecu were the last things we looked at, but that was it.

The easy test is to swap ecu's (I am assuming twins) and see if the miss follows the ecu to the other engine.

Unfortunately it's a single engine. Likewise - my DDT shows nothing wrong. Ran through all the test and checked while the engine is running and nothing is amiss.........
Before I dump $$ on an ECU I'll pull the rail and swap the air injectors.....
Was it the same cylinder by chance?

It was #3... since the engine was freshly rebuilt, we could look in the 6 cylinders and actually see that #3 had no carbon on it at all, still looked new, the other 5 were sooty.
