His whole goal from 30 years of boating was the ultimate ROUGH water boat.
Thats why he built this,..........from the money invested it's no secrete he could have had a new serial number ,........instead he has a new Cougar for his intent.

And Now he has a Great Rough water Boat, I Took a 38 Cougar with twin 500hp Merlin Diesels and Arneson Drives Into Government Cut while the tide was going out and the wind was blowing in, there was 10'-14' Swells right at the mouth of the cut, I would jump 2 and stick through the next, Jump 2 stick through the next all the while running 50+mph, it was a ball and the boat never let out a whimper. Great running boats.......

The swim step is over the top. Personally, I would have opted for no step at all, but if you're going to do it... He did it right.
