    So is everyone getting ready to winterize or are you going to hold out in hopes of a couple more good weekends. It would be fun to try and have one more group run to lunch somewhere or something if the lake would cooperate.

    Making every effort to get out one more time before we go from liquid to solid H2O. I'd like to do a lunch run to Michigan City Oct. 3 or 4, then hang it up.

    Boat doesnt get put away till fall cruise is done, last year we were out Nov. on election day I believe and it was 70 degrees-WTF

    When I lived on the lake, always used to wait until the Thanksgiving weekend for the last boat, (pontoon). One year it froze early, was standing on the ice breaking it with a sledge hammer enough to turn it sideways and tow it up on the lawn and left it there.
    Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
