09-17-2009 11:29 PMI believe Dee has gone 190 in that 46 skater last year, but I'll let her answer.
Plus that Eliminator had like twin 1600-1700 somethings. So uhhhhh ya thats like 500 more a side and its only that weee little bit faster. What do you think that 32 Skater would run with those?

I guess you don't know me very well silly.
Anywho, we originally thought we went 190 mph, but after all was said and John Pompei did the recall and whatnot we hit 192 mph in a 46 Skater with twin 1560HP JC Performance/Richie Zul motors on the St John's River in Jackson, FL back in Jan/Feb of 2008. The motors where written up in Powerboat Magazine a few years back. (I think it was powerboat?)
Prior to that the fastest I been was a little over 150 in the 40 Skater "Maxed Out"
Everyone forget about the pound for pound thing. I am just so happy for Vinny that he got her to hit 170.3, that is a feat in itself with twin 1100HPsLast edited by Lucididee; 09-18-2009 at 12:30 AM.

BTW, I never said I drove it, but it does take some kind of talent at 192 to video and text at the same time.

09-18-2009 06:46 AMAs soon as I read it I thought the exact same thing.
Dee's gone faster than almost all our members. Maybe we should start a thread??? I really can't imagine over 170 in a 32 or 34 open boat. Although I went over 140 in a flat-bottom drag boat.....
Never 217 like Craig though.....Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!
