What ever Happened to the Gold Rush Quad Motor Cat? Ever since the Trailer Incident I haven't seen it anywhere. It certainly wasn't a Total Loss from dragging the Skegs on the street, Was It?

Kind of hard to have it repoed when you paid cash.
It was featured in Powerboat for the 100 MPh roundup which took place after the road rash.

There's a few reasons you haven't seen it.
Frank is is building a new house in Sarasota which is taking up a lot of their time.
They also have a 50V diesel for general pleasure boating. He only uses the boat for FL poker runs so he'll be back with it in Sarasota, KW etc.

I suspect you are confusing Gold Rush with another boat that has "Gold" in the name. The other boat was seized by the US Marshals. Much different than a repo!

I think to myself, my sisters voice has gotten really deep but ti's really windy so I'm having trouble hearing...... I've been accused of doing that myself... turns out the real story was the boat who complained hit a wave and hooked to the left as I was passing by and he got into my roost. I appologized anyway, even though I didn't do anything....

anyway, I'm sure he didn't do it on purpose and it's not his first rodeo... he also owned Warrior prior to GR..

All kidding aside, I saw the powerboat mag today that had gold rush in it. Looked really nice. Congrats to Nor-Tech and the owner for an awesome boat!
