Came across this on YouTube via Twitter - it's a travelogue series, featuring Michigan destinations in 1949. Was part of James A. Fitzpatrick's "TravelTalks" series. Includes footage of Spikehorn Meyer, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Mackinac Island, Traverse City, Soo Locks and other places.
It's very nostalgic - I'm sure some things have changed a lot (Traverse) but a lot of these other areas probably haven't changed that much at all.
