I am assuming for the purposes of items having to be boating related that this is a "Boat Maintenance Lift." And that its primary purpose is for doing engine R and R and other heavy marine related and offshore type lifting. Therefore, this ad is approved for posting.

I'm in the forklift biz....they can be quite handy for a variety of things
    boat related.

    Tres,
For potential buyers, you may want to add lifting height,
( should be on the data plate) and if it has sideshift
( function where forks move side to side)
these a common questions buyers ask us.

The vehicle weight ( 8000#) isnt really an important
advertising spec.....the lift capacity is how they're
    viewed.

Nissan makes a good unit...it should be too hard to get rid of.

Can probably move boats on trailers around very easily in tight quarters.....

Hey J.T. What is the fork height (average) on a three stage unit? Anyone who is interested in the forklift Tres has, the side shift feature on his is REALLY valuable. Super handy when installing and picking out motors.

Average( most popular) lift height is 15.5 '
    that equals about a 83" lowered( collapsed)height.
