A man robbed a Key West bank and tried to hide his tracks by stealing a car, riding in a cab, changing his clothes three times and then setting out on foot. All the efforts failed and he was arrested within 30 minutes of the incident.

The Coast Guard Cutter Thetis was presented the Coast Guard Unit Commendation for its role in interdicting 35,000 Haitians who tried to reach the U.S. in the past six months after a coup toppled the elected president.
