Wondering?
Who spent this winter looking for added speed, and what changes did you do to your boat? Different props? Maybe going from a Bravo prop to a labbed Maximus (any out there try that?). Bigger cam(s), new intake(s), or a new blower(s), cylinder head work, bottom work, raised X-dimension...what did you do. How much speed did you gain? Does the boat handle differently, other than speed gain, ie. more bow rise, loose feeling, ect?
I find it interesting to see who did what, what works, what didn't work, ect. Share your experience. Thanks

05-25-2011 11:39 PMI rebuilt my trailer and put my setback's in. Last year I was stuck at 108 on the river, but the water pressure was pinned. No more adjustments with the engines bolted to the transom.

I'd bet good money my upgrades are more drastic than anyone's. We simply bought a boat and that gained me a good 65+mph.
BuckA thong is like a barbed wire fence, it protects the property but doesn't ruin the scenery.
