    Its smoked in a smoker Nick got me.

    He rubs the meat with a secret dry rub. Put it in the smoker with Mesquite chips.....set it and forget it.
    There is a tray of water in there also...so there is no way to fk it up

    We have had 3 gorgeous feasts out of that so far.

    Ribs chicken pork butt roast beef
