Those guys sit up pretty high in those boats. Probably had a great view.

That looks like it is from 1985 World Championships. Those boats weren't pretty but they got the job done in rough water.

Definitely not a Superboat. Can't recall what this one was but it was before we came on the scene. That one was all Kurt.

That's the one. That boat was awesome.

Ours was the original. The only change made to the paint was adding "Bandit" in front of Apache. The boat was purchased directly from Ben Kramer in 1986.

Offshore racing should never be decided in the turns.

I really don't think you want the opinion of those of us that won world championships in the past. We won it in a completely different sport.

In order to save the sport, the racing needs to go back offshore. I have heard the same tired argument about the fans not being able to see the whole course for way too long. Short courses designed...

Yes we did. Every race had at least 1 long offshore leg. Navigation was an integral part of offshore racing. It still should be. This class that everyone is arguing about should be a great thing....
