I believe that's Michael Reagan's endurance racer. It's a 46
Thanks guys. I'll email Mike J. He would know. He rigged a couple of Reagan's boats. Besides the LS 46s, didn't Wellcraft put some out for the race programs. About 20 years ago, Mercury broke one up while testing here on Winnebago. Merton, their test driver was killed. Pretty sure that was a 46.
Reagans black 46 had Cat on the rear part and a arch or a bimini. It was at TNT in Fl and got unhitched on the train tracks and was hit by the flyer.

As far as I can recall, they were LS boats. There was just a tiny number of them- can't imagine Wellcraft producing them.
This is an aticle on the 38 - I didn't know he had a 46 too.
Found out today that there were two different Drambuie boats, perhaps the first is the one above/the Reagan boat :

Didn't Chuck Norris have one? I recall him and Walter Peyton along with a couple other people breaking the Detroit to Chicago record in the 80's with a deisel powered 46 Scarab.
In the late 1980's there was a 50' Scarab Meteor with staggered 3208TA Cats pumped-up to 420 hp by Ringhaver Diesel. 7XChamp should remember that boat.
