2000 28ZX Scorpion.
Illinois.....
The boat came from Lake Washington.
Dave....Boat looks great. Heard from Coleman last week. We'll stop and take a closer look in June.
Love the hilcopter shots!
I am not sure of the cost because they were installed before I bought the boat, however the old ones did distort and had a tendency to yellow over time. The new ones on my boat are almost completely distortion free and crystal clear.
Old and new
The original canopys on the older zrc were made of polycarbonate(left over military stock bought at surplus)they would yellow over time, the new zrc have canopys made out of acrylic and are very clear,i had my new canopys made from acrylic super clear, cost around 4k,new ones made from poly around 10k,the poly is safer and less prone to cracking, most of the performance boats built on west coast use acrylic canopys
Looks great Dave!!!
..........
Thanks for the info guys.
