Canada signaled today that they are cool throwing Mexico under the bus if necessary to avoid becoming "collateral damage."

Couldn't decide which thread to put it in, but if it means Canada is our ally and is growing a set of cahones after practicing partial independence since 1987, I approve. I don't mind dealing with Mexico as the rest of the continent.
