I was thinking a v belt pulley might be available at Tractor Supply when I saw it was a keyed pulley...
but
Nut sure about the flanged shaft.
I don't recall ever seeing one like that. Any more input Jeff?
Yeah, it's the whole unit I'm looking for, not just the pulley - I think it's called a mandrel pulley drive.

I've been digging, but when you say the whole thing, is there more than what is in the picture? Most mandrel pulley drives I've looked at hace a serrated blower belt pulley.
