Probably took that long to figure out how to dehydrate and rehydrate meat and fat while not changing its appearance.

Whoo hoo!
Attachment 86410 By no means a tow rig. I sold my first Raptor yesterday. I went with my driver to pick it up. That way I got a chance to drive it. Not thinking I will be buying one of those anytime soon for Heidi. Awesome truck, the roads were still icy. I filled it up in Kalkaska and topped it off when I got back to town. Used 2 gallons of gas. I was doing 45 most of the way home. LOL Still blew me away that it did that good on gas. With clear roads I’m sure I would have used 10 gallons.

Heidi want to buy this for our retirement boat. Hey Bobcat, do you have any boat survey background?

I was going to advise against purchasing said Vessel...Until I saw this layout...

Happy Monday
The hand written layout pulled me in.
I'm thinking you should buy it. You could purchase it now, and let Bobcat live on it for the next couple years for only the cost of him fixing it up into pristine condition for you and Heidi to move into in 2021 when you retire.
What could possible go wrong? He's really good at concrete work!!
