Its named "Lord of the Wings"
Owned by a guy (I cant remember his name now, good friends with Pyburn) in Jacksonville. He owns hot wing restaurants....And theyre pretty damn good! The detail on the boat is pretty impressive but its definately in a category of its own.. I have a bunch of pics of it..
Does anyone have pics of the, I think Baja, that ran in Cumberland '06?
I think it was "Gunslinger" or something like that.
I remember pulling alongside at a card stop. Another boat that was "technically" very well done, but way to done for my taste. Way too much going on for an oldschool kinda guy.
you knew it was comming....
you knew there was no way it could NOT happen....
it was just a matter of time.....
wait for it.......
the anticipation kills.......
wait for it......
A velocity I wasn't too fond of. Would have looked better if they left it yellow. The interior was pretty bad too. Wood dash and trim.
party gras:(
Saw this thread, and had to look and see if my boat was here:biggrinjester:
Purple wasnt supposed to be quite this Pastel, but I was tired of waiting to use the boat, and it was already loaded in the gun when I realized how bad it was:ack2:
Purple!? I always thought you boat was pink! :D
I'm just yankin' ya Rick. At least it's basically all one color. It's not the psychadelic-vomit that a lot of current boats are painted...
Miami in the '80s and early '90s and the 909 in this decade have been guilty of some of the most bizzare, affeminate, and/or plain weird paint schemes anyone's every come up with... But hey, we're on the cusp of a new decade, so who's going to step up and be the new master of the hideous! :sifone:
The ones that I've always found to be the ugliest are those that try to include every type of graphic style on one boat.

Add all that crap to the same paint job and it looks like, well, crap.
