One of my favorite boats!
Not quite sure of the measurement was from the top of the fairing or where it begin on the deck.....It seems to me that a 41' deck was approx 19' and a 47 6 pack boat like Kemo was in the 23-24' range.....War Party 2 was 22 and some change....and I think Med Man was a 41 deck with the extra room added to the cockpit!!!!
Engine Comp - The Dealer
Chunky Express
I know a little about it. It has 3 Zul blower engines said to be 930 HP and #6 wet sump drives. Owner was a german guy named Michael. It was for sale for a long time along with his other boats because he ordered a 50 Nor Tech cat.
A few years back I heard it was going to the US for a make over and I have a feeling that it might have been turned into Patriot but maybe someone else knows?
I got a little more information on the 47 from Japan. It has been in Japan the last 18 years, it had 3 850 HP KE engines but one broke an it now has 2 KE and one Teague 800EFI. It has #6 drives and is a pleasure boat but you can see that from the pictures. I have asked if they will mail me more pictures of the boat and the asking price as well.
They also sold a 41 at one point but donīt know where it is now. I have asked if they remember if it was a race boat or a pleasure boat.
Here is a better picture of the 47
The picture is not much better since the size gets reduced by the SOS computer.
