If anyone here has them as an agent look out. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks to add a driver to my policy. Have left messages with no return calls, only to find that it is a fake policy. Empower had transposed some numbers and made a new fraudulant policy. Thank God that I have not had to file a claim,because I had NO coverage. I am contacting the California Insurance Commision today to file a complaint and to try and get back some of my money. So if anyone on here or if you know of anyone that has Empower you better have them check this out.
