Tech question on pictures

Do we have any idea why this would happen?

"Any reason the when you click on the posted pics that they won't enlarge? A small screen black box opens and it attempts to load the image but nothing actually happens. "

this happens for me once in a while as well....

I have to double click to view pics in a new window, no black box, on one computer. Works as designed on another one in the house - 1 click pic in the box, second click new window
