I had a SHORE DREAMS FOR KIDS pic in my signature yesterday for the day of the event and it has been removed and I can no longer post an image in the Signature as well as stating I am limited to just 3 lines of content... ???

I don't believe it was much larger than the John Begavich Tribute pic I had there since he passed. Maybe about 60 pixels wider ?

If it was too large I could have always scaled it down to one of these sizes:

I heard nothing about it just saw changes to my signature...

Wondering if anyone else had an issue ?

We are in the process of tweaking the signature policy. Lately, there have been some troublesome signatures showing up, both of excessive size, and some questionable content. This prompted a re-tooling of our policy.

We have always had size limits imposed on the signatures so that we do not have excessively large or obnoxious signatures dominating our forum pages. The limits are 100 Tall X 300 Wide. However, we noticed that many folks were circumventing this policy by linking to pics on external servers, and this is also where some of the questionable images were coming from. Therefore, it was decided that external linking was to be eliminated for the purposes of signatures.

Feel free to continue uploading images directly, within the 100X300 size limits, just bear in mind that externally-linked images will not be an available option any longer.

The 3 lines is also there so we do not get paragraph long sigs. It should be ample for a slogan, company name and a website or a photo.

Thank you for your understanding.

I'd like to see signatures bumped up to five lines. Otherwise I can't use this :D
