Was poking around the other sites and saw the new Zuperman OL 50 on the Performance Boats site. Looks pretty wild.

Barry Zekelman (http://www.canada.com/windsorstar/story.html?id=85ef954c-0462-4f69-bd71-6e442e8c5763) - he sold his steel business for Billions to Russia. Pretty cool success story taking over the family business at 19 after his Father's passing.

Here's (http://www.lakecumberlandmarine.com/used_vehicle_details.htm?vehicleId=917e63934046387200ab7af2e0b51ea1) his 04 46 Skater w/1600's for sale. I saw this boat at a poker run on Lake Erie back around 03. He was there with a big Sunseeker as well. Times have changed- here is his 123 footer (http://www.wavelife.com/Article/ArticleView/88/hot-yachts-interior-dcor-turns-luxury-boats-into-stylish-homes/). The Skater was the 1st "big time" boat I ever saw in real life. We were in a 43 Black Thunder getting the snot beat out of us and he was running so smooth he could have had a cup of coffee resting on the dash!! That was the last year of the races up there I think?

Zekelman, 41, and his wife Stephanie were recently in the news .
Barry Zekelman and his two brothers, who took over Atlas Tube in 1984 following the death of their father, still held a 45 per cent share in the company following its sale two years ago to Carlyle Group, a U.S. private equity firm, in a deal valued at $1.5 billion.
In this latest transaction, that 45 per cent stake was worth $1.58 billion.
It's expected the sale, which still has to be approved by regulators, will close by the end of the year.
When Carlyle bought Atlas and merged it with its own John Maneely Co., Zekelman remained with Maneely and became chief executive officer.
In 1984, Atlas was a $2-million business with five employees.
