New impeller, backflushed everything, blew air through the water line from side of block to water gauge, ran motor, water is going through water line. I am wondering if the gauge is shot.
Does the guage needle move at all?

Connect the gauge to a small regulator, then turn up the air. I have one I use for my airbrush- has a fine-gradient gauge on it and will adjust by 1/2 lb increments. Something like that will do just fine.

water is going thru the water line? What do you mean by thru? water may travel up the PRESSURE line a little but it shouldn't make it to the gauge head by any means. If it does, you got a bad gauge.

Check to make sure it's getting 12V when the ignition is on. If the needle won't jump it would be either no ignition or bad gauge.
