ADMIN's I didn't see where this would really fit so put it here. Please poof if need be or maybe start a area for general or non boating get togethers. Just a thought:huh:
Anybody ride dirt bikes, ATV's, Sandrails, Jeeps etc. We have a large group of boaters in the midwest that do the trail ride, sand dunes and other forms of off road fun in the boating off season. There are even rides at LOTO, Grand Lake and many other lakes.

You better put skid plates on the roof. I could never keep one on 4 wheels!! Waaaaayyyy less clearance than my choice of ATV's!!

Recently sold a 400 Kodiak 4x4 and 500 Polaris Scrambler.

Currently have Honda 400 EX and Honda 70 for the kid.

I still have one of the original 4 wheelers from the early 80s I got as a kid at 9 years old, a 125 Suzuki.

ATV's... been in to them since middle school. Have ridden an ATC 90, 110, 185s, 200, and a 250sx. Currently have a '05 660R Raptor modded with LTE duals, K&N, cut out airbox, jetted carbs, YFZ 450 front shocks, spacers in front, +4 axle in rear, Maxis Razr2's on Douglas C-series rims. I've had it since new. Pic is old and before the suspension mods. The new front shocks and wider stance makes the Raptor handle as good as most of the newer 450 race style bikes while keeping the 660 motor's awsome torque.

The new bike and my latest obsession in the Can-Am Renegade 800X. For a dual purpose bike its great right out of the box. The 800cc V-Twin Rotax is unbelievable. Riding a CVT bike takes a little while getting used to but has several advantages. The first few times I rode it I kept pulling the brake like it was the clutch. Nearly sent myself over the bars.

The wheels and tires on the 800X are ITP SS112's and Duro Powergrips 14" Heck my first car had 14" wheels! The lower profile tires and tall wheels make the bike handle more like a sport quad.

Here's the quad I ride the most, my '07 Raptor 700SE. Ready to put the new duals, PCIII, and air cleaner set up on it soon. Bought it at a fire sale after the dealer burned down. Half price and some new plastic....

Looks great! What kind of car trailer is that? I'm in the market for one right now, I like the storage up front.

A few pics of our trip to the dunes in Waynok, Ok this weekend.
The truck that endoed off a dune was a bad deal. There was a guy in the back of the truck holding a apparently broke down bike and the bed rail landed on his helmet. Two guys very serious condition, one ok. Haven't heard any updates....

It is a Challenger by American Iron Works.
Here's it's replacement, going to instal the E-track then it's going to the sandblasters and paint shop soon then I'll make the shiny accents like the other trailer in my fab shop. Already have the polished aluminum fenders and new wheels and tires just like the old trailer had.
