Anything to do with our boats always has to come from this foundation and our time in the sport.

The boat here, was my 38 foot Open Class Banana Boat in 1979.

The molds were used to build Coyotes and then finally Sonic's. If you overlay a photo of the 42 foot Sonic and take off the swim platform, this is the boat you will see underneath.

History just goes around and comes around over and over.

That's a great looking boat! I'm going to check out your video later tonight on the home computer. Big brother watches at work and won't let me in!

I never noticed until now. The intakes and rear deck looks a lot like a 10 meter.
It seems Reggie borrowed the excaliber hull made his mods and married it with your deck. At least the rear part.

Great to have you here. I will keep my eye out for your posts and stories.

It was good to see you guys running down there. Maybe we can assist with getting a Classic Class for next years Worlds.

Great legacy Charlie.. It was nice to talk to you on Thursday PM.

The ride is on next time you'r in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Good thing I don't have to do any restoration on this one.
She just wants the original "Banana" to take her out on a ride. :26:
