just out of curiosity, what is different about the "V-tex" collector? Is it a 4-2-1 collector like the KE cast aluminum headers?

Great question saxman, I am glad that you ask. The collector is simply a 4 to 1 design and what makes the Hardin Marine Hurricane collector unique is that fact that it is longer than most which allows it to scavenge the exhaust more efficiently and build more horsepower. As you can see in the pictures the V-Tex flange allows the simple use of a hi-temp o-ring to seal the exhaust. Thats right, no silicone and rope here, a simple o-ring. Another feature the V-Tex has to offer is it allows you to rotate the tailpipe so in the event that you are 1/4" off from lining up to your exhaust tip after a modification or something you can simply give it a twist until the pipe lines up. Hope that helps you out :)
