Here's a few that were for sale recently. Execution express is a 30 and the green Bad Frog is the 39 that is for sale as Pleasure Seeker in its original race paint scheme.

lets see how long we keep the new mills together...dont think i will be racing this hull anymore in opa. maybe time to retire her bones although a few MD calm races would be loads of fun and a point P put in for good measure. let me get the motors in and we will see

Hi Chris. I wasnt planning on selling, but i am interested in rigging a new bad boy powerboat 38 hull with some 1075s and 6s with a canopy... sutphen motors are almost done and interior is headed to ppi, MM throttles and shifters. call anytime maybe you can twist my arm.

I had this boat from 1988 until 2001. 1972 18 footer. What a blast. I think that this picture was taken in '91 or '92. Both kids are now in their 20s.

Arneson just quoted $23K per side to swap 'em out, tranny's and all...
...sure to be bullet-proof, no hull cut-n-patch stuff, but...

still havent run the boat yet, hopefully it will get wet this summer, from looking at it the drives look to be in good shape, in the long term i might goto arneson though, its been quite a big project so far

I met the guys who ownes the boat on a run in RI. He also has an old Top Gun. He was putting some new motors in it. People on Boat Freaks know the guys. He's from MA I believe.

me technically,my friend can't really run the boat anymore.so i took it over.i'm putting in 3.3 whippled 540's,about 1000hp per side.and it will never be for sale,boats too awesome.

" Outrageous " 33' center steer, staggered engine with speedy Merc #3's about 20 inches apart, boat is "Race" set up no cabin has huge offshore tabs and Yes some new 540's with 3.3 wip's single carb. should pull down about 900+ hp. will need a prop change or a gear change to keep the rpm's in ck. hope to see triple digits on GPS and yes it is in MA runs mostly around Cape Cod, Boston, and RI It's A SWEEEEEEEET ride and serious wave crusher ! :sifone: = :sifone: = :sifone: = :biggrinjester: = :hat:

We have one of her only sister ships down here in Texas. Miss Maxon has the power back in her but still rigging everything else. Let me know what kind of numbers you get with the 900's. My buddy went a little more tame with a pair of 700's.

Guy who owns the orange is an x racer i was on his top gun for a pr last year guy knows what he is doing all i have to say hoping for a ride in the outragous if ever to be so lucky........ hey sut 30 looking at a 33 w/ 502's in NY yellow stripped know it? look in the for sale its in there

That boats in Mass. somewhere. It now has hood scoops and blower motors I believe. Maybe Tango knows? The boat was sold from Offshore Speed and Ski and had just stock 500's and bravos.

I would have to call and ask him if he made a change. He originally had the Mercury Lamborghini engines. After hundreds of hours of use, they were finally retired. He then did some trading for the Lambos that were in the CUV Chairman of the Board. They are higher horsepower and injected. Yes the photos are in Key West.

In between those two engines he was running some 575 n/a V8's.

Just picked up this 1971 18' Sutphen Gran Sport to ad to my colection. :willy_nilly:She is powered by a Dodge 340 Super Bee marine engine & Volvo drive. I got her from the original owner, she needs work but she should be a fun addition.:sifone:

Fuel system looks a little thin/how did you make out with the leaky header ? best of luck, thanks for the photos ! what props and gear ratio are you a runnin ? :driving:

i still have the alum headers that came with the boat. They really bark loudly. But with the new motors that i have been building for the past 3 years, i dont want to take chances. I have been on top of them with pressure checks in the past, but i was thinking a new set of Stainless Marines from brownie and tail pipes will do the trick. was also thinking of going tractor style right out of the top of the new hatch i am building - toward the rear....ideas?
