Mine are an absolute mofo to winterize, most of the drains are impossible to get to and space is very limited, I have thru hull water pickups and the remote flush hookups are in the very front of the bilge on the sea strainers and are tough to get to. Ive been contemplating some sort of vacuum/ pump system that will suck antifreeze from the strainer hookups through the cooling system and out at the exhaust manifolds.

Been doing it since 1984 and I've only burned the dock down twice.

I pump the tanks into a shop truck or so and yank the engines.

What if the power goes out? Saw a heated storage facility with over 30 boats loose power for a week after an ice storm. Lots of damaged engine blocks after that one.
