Just in today….the long awaited Biography of Bill Muncey. The book, entitled
“Winningest, The Bill Muncey Chronicles” has been seven years in the making. And author Wil Muncey, son of Bill Muncey, hopes this, the first edition, does right by his father.
Not just a book about racing, 200 pages chronicle the life of the man from childhood to dating to Army years, and yes, a lot about the racing years too. The events, the people, the trials, the disappointments, the music, the accidents, and the victories that all shaped and molded the man who by all accounts is still the most recognized name in hydroplane racing.
