Since our announcement of discounted room rates at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota for the weekend of March 21-22, rooms have been selling as fast as Gino Gargiulo’s new 48’ MTI, which will be showcased over the Sarasota poker run weekend. But first, take advantage of the discounted room rates of just $219 per night (regular $350) and enjoy a poker run weekend to remember!

Along with the excellent room rates and first-class accommodations, the Friday Night Welcome Party will be hosted at the famous Boathouse among the private slips of the Hyatt Marina. This popular Gulf Coast restaurant – once the main stomping grounds for the offshore racing crowd – will kick-off the event with live entertainment and refreshing cocktails expertly prepared by renowned bartender, “Boathouse Bobby,” a master mixologist that’s known locally to create the finest and coldest cocktails anywhere.
The Friday Night Welcome Party will be hosted at the famous Boathouse among the private slips of the Hyatt Marina.
If that’s not enough, performance displays will include Seven Marine’s super-charged 557 hp outboard heavy-weights and a refurbished 1992 Cigarette Top Gun completed by the expertise of Sarasota-based Potter Performance. Considered to be one of the key highlights at the event, a quick look at this model and it’s easy to understand why Ron Potter is considered one of the top “go-to” guys in the area. This model has been totally refurbished for bow to stern and looks just as it did when it rolled off the showroom floor in 1992! Participants can also personally speak to Gino about his new MTI cat, and even his Lamborghini that will be on display.
In addition to the excellent Poker Run on Saturday and great shopping for the “ladies” at Sarasota’s trendy St. Armands Circle, the weekend will round out with an excellent awards dinner Saturday evening and the chance to win the best card hand.
