I have the toughest time figuring out SBI starts, so I can't even begin to answer.....

Well, probably the oddest penalty for not following the rules you will ever hear of.....

Semper Fi allowed a bagpipe player, not a member of SBI, (so not insured at all), on their boat with no permission from the organization or their insurance carrier. With what has happened with racing, all the rules have to be enforced pertaining to safety, no exceptions.

Unfortunate, because it was being done as a tribute to the 9/11 people who lost their lives.

Thank god he didn't fall off the boat and lose his life...that wouldn't of been good.
