It's official Saturday July 21st The Old School Offshore Reunion IV.. Meet up at Brownie's on Lake St Clair [The Old Jacks @ Emerald City] for Lunch and some beverages 12 noon, all are welcome. This year I have hooked up with Chip Miller [Miller Marine] to help with this event. Chip has been working hard in putting powerboat runs together here on Lake St Clair with his Lake Saint Clair Powerboat Club. It's great to have him on board with this event, putting the FUN back into events here on Lake St Clair. Come by boat or car and meet & greet offshore powerboat enthousiaste from the Great Lakes. There should be a good turn out of Magnums, Donzi's, & Pantera's, Again all are wellcome.

That's cool. What kind of turnout did you have last year?

In the past years we have had around 30 boats. This year with the help of Chip Miller & his Lake St Clair Power Boat club there could be more. It's a just show up event, no pre regastation. It's the Saturday before the St Clair river race so the trun out should be good. Here are some pic's from past reunions.

The Donzi will be @ the old school reunion but the Magnum wont be ready. As I'm doing all the work myself outside in my back yard & with this heat as of late it taking much longer to finish. :ack2: I hope to have it done by Labor Day.

I will be in the Scarab pace boat starting the races. I have done the starts there for the last 15 years, it makes for a long day but it is fun...

I can reead Cary on the side, that's it.

What is Katrina?

It's a 28' Cary that was built at the old plant in Grandhaven Mi. If the hull looks familiar it has a 28' Donzi Sportsman bottom.

I had no idea Cary made a center console back then.
