Does any one have any idea as to where I can get new plastic screw cushions? This goes between the screw and dash panel, and protects the powder coating. The dash panel is drilled to fit flat head screws so the hole was countersunk. This is off my 2005 Donzi ZX I already checked with West Marine and Jamestown Dist.

You may have to mic it and go to a site like this.

Grommets, Nylon Screw (http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Grommets_Nylon_Screw_s/104.htm)

I've had to in the past. Businesses find something that works, but you have no idea what it was made for originally. Have you looked at a Grainger catalog yet?
