Does anybody know if a 12,000 lb hydrohoist will work with a 1996 43 sc with twins? Thanks for any help.

You need a 16,000 for fuel and gear.

I've been looking for a 18,000 lb. lift, is that over kill for a 97' 43 SC w/ gen and twins??

Base weight on the 43's was 11,500, 13,000 on the 46's (according to brochures and test reports).

18,000 lb is probably minimum for 43 or 46 BT , unless you are in calm cove at the lake of the ozarks
