What the hell kinda shoes/outfit are you wearing when you took that pic??? (look at the reflection in the blade)

That pic doesn't tell me alot though. In your opinion, do these have a lot of life left in them? I assume they would need to be matched to each other and were just take-off/trade-ins you aquired at some point???

too slow today I guess.......I didn't really need them. Labbed Bravo 32's are probably going to be my best bet. My best props at the moment (for cruise speed) are labbed 15 5/8 28P Maximus (5,250 rpms right where HP peaks). Also have some 15 1/8 30P Maximus and they are very close but don't "bite" the water quite as good.....know anyone who might want those?

Hey Old School,

Rule of thumb is of course to reduce one inch of pitch when adding a blade to maintain RPM. It usually holds true to within 100 ish RPM. So if the 29P
4B are running the appropriate RPM the the 28P 5B will run very close. But the additional blade will induce some lift. So this can also effect the RPM. This set of props has been tested only and the props were new from Mercury Racing, as I purchased them for this client. They have less than 2 hurs of run time on them....all witnessd by myself.

Thanks!

So...I should be able to turn the 28 five blades at the same rpm? Would it help in the slip department? How much $$$?

Craig:)

Hijacking Julie's thread.... We have a set of T-Up props from my 2007 39' 600 Merc. Cigarette (Offshore Cowboy) that would love to find a home on a light/fast 600 Merc. blower boat or 700+ hp nat. aspirated motor boat (like the big powered Gladiators).

- Whomever bought Todd Fountain's "TheGladiator" (the 2003 or 2006 boat) or the "OneSickGladiator" etc.... boat should call Julie.... you'll pick up 4-5 MPH, AND EXPERIENCE A LEVEL OF 'HANDLING' YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE....guaranteed!!!!!!! ...and she'll make you a REALLY good deal on them.

The props are sitting quietly, minding their own business, awaiting a new owner to take equally as good care of them as we do....

FYI: We SMOKED the stock 39' 700 Merc. Cigarette, that was being driven by Factory Cigarette, w/ these props.... The Factory couldn't believe it --- and, previously, argued that there was no way my boat ran the speeds I told them it did... and then they found out first hand!
