Havent had to do these in ten years. Have a pair of Bravo trim cylinders that were "popped" by the owner hitting something. They work ok but dont retract as far as they should. I barely remember how the pistons are setup. Do I have to disassemble these to re-set them? I have all the tools just dont remember if there was an easy way to do this.

I have a similar issue Tom. I have one which wants to stick unless a load is on it. Put it in the water it will retract with drive pressure against it. It won't fully retract on it's own. Pump's trying but sticks 3/4 way in. I'd like to resolve this this winter.

What's really weird is, when I load the boat w/the drive fully retracted this same drive will creep back out over a few days. I know bleading down is normal (my other side does this) but this drive will raise several inches on its own. It's not over filled. shrug

isn't it just a problem with the o-rings around the piston?
