Picked up a new boat that has been laying around for a bit. The Bennett pump was loose, sitting in the bilge. I have been trying to get it hooked up so I can trouble shoot and I can not figure out where the ground connects to the pump??? All I have is a snipped ground wire on the boat but no terminals/connections on the pump?

Thanks

here u can see the wires that come out of the pump..if its this pump, but i think all bennett pumps have the wires come out with a conector on the bottom or back !

Find a place to connect the ground to the body of the motor.

I think what you are sayin is you have the part of the wire that is grounded in the boat, but not the wire from the pump to connect to it? If so, Call bennett, their tech is VERY helpful.

If you think the pump has seen better days, Bennett has an absolutely wonderful exchange program where you send in your old pump, and for a fraction of the price of a new pump, you'll get a new onw.
If you look in your dictionary for the definition of "Customer Service", you'll find Bennett's URL. :)
