2010 OPA OFFSHORE RACING SERIES PRESENTED BY GEICO RACE # 6
Atlantic City Offshore Grand Prix Hosted by Trump Marina

We are happy to announce that the OPA Racing is coming to town of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Race boats from all over the country will be competing right here in beautiful Atlantic City. Festivities start on Friday, September 17th when the boats & teams arrive. The nice thing about this race site is that both the wet and dry pits will be right at Trumps Marina in Atlantic City. On Saturday, September 18th, the race boats will be on display. Race Day is Sunday, September 19th. The first race is scheduled to start at 12pm and all of the races should finish up around 5pm. Later on the night we'll be having an awards ceremony handing out the trophies to our winners of all the races. So come enjoy a day or the entire weekend at Trumps hotel and Casino! Be sure to go to the OPA Racing website for more information. The Schedule of Events will be out shortly. There is going to be a Press Release soon on this new OPA venue.
For those who need hotel rooms, you should book immediately as we have only a 2 week period to get the special OPA rates. You must call 1-800-777-8477 and choose option 5. When you speak to a reservationist, you must use the code “Offshore Powerboat Association” to get the special rates. Rooms are already being booked so don’t miss your chance to get special pricing. There are no exceptions to this. See everyone in Atlantic City New Jersey! OPA Racing.

Can anyone recommend a good spot to bring a 4 year old to watch the races and walk around? Also are there shirts and stuff available to purchase? Thanks

The Jersey Boyz site isn't always updated. The correct site is www.oparacingtour.com for fans and www.oparacing.org for teams.

JFM, bring your kid to the pits at Trump Marina on Saturday or Sunday morning. Geico always has shirts for sale. Then go to the beach - anywhere from the Taj to the Hilton and watch from the beach. I bet we'll run three races on Sunday - Noon, 1:30 and 3pm.
