At work we use conoco oil for our heavy equipment I think its 15-40, will it work in a powerstroke? Says approved for cat, navistar, detroit, volvo, komatsu etc.

Yeah, it will work fine. I beleive the motorcraft oil is conoco. a powerstroke is a navistar.
