Nobody just me and a guy I use for welding and custom brackets. Procharger kits are really only designed for 496's up to 04' without cool fuel. also it doesn't fit in a 25 OL without relocating the unit above the stringer, I've heard of guys cutting the stringer but thats not for me. I moved mine above the stringer with some mods to the kit and a 68" belt. I have a fabricator is making a full cutom bracket to mount it where I have the charger now. slow project i started last year but I keep putting cash into my house instead, probably the wise thing to do but not as much fun...

We'd all enjoy if you started a thread on the install, the modifications, and the before and after. Love to read, and view pics, about personal projects and improvements. Especially unique ones.

Stan,

Give me a shout when you have a chance. I have a friend of mine that put a procharger on his 26 and he had made a bunch of alterations. I believe he is currently taking it off to build something bigger but I will put you in touch with him. He may be able to help you out since he has beat his head against the wall doing it.

Eddie Young is another guy with alot of Procharger experience. In talking with Eddie, he's run across a number of tuning challenges. He's related to me before that he's put the same, identical kits on identical engines in the same boat and had two different tunes for the engines. I'm sure he'd strongly advise you to do your tuning on a dyno, which I probably would as well. You can PM Eddie at Youngperformance. he's a good guy and always willing to help.

I have too a bit, I bought the kit off of a friend, brand new in the box for a great deal, but I will never again by another procharger product. They advertise their kits for all year 496's which is misleading, 05's and later have a different p/s pump, different serpentine setup, they went from Mefi4 to a PCM555 ecm and 05's and up had the cool fuel box which is useless. I'll start a thread on the install so far... thanks for any help
