My 28 Pantera in NW suburbs of Chicago is for sale and available to view if that helps with another boat you are looking at. See the ad in classified here.

all im really wondering is if i could sit in there without leaning over. what is the measurement roughly from the seat cushion to the headliner?

I can't give you exact measurements, but I'm 6'2" and I could sit comfortably in the cabin and lay in the V-berth without being cramped. It was comfortable and pleasant. I just found that we never really went under there for any reason. The OPA 28 doesn't have a cabin.

Call the guys at the factory or PM Jo and Pepe. They're great guys to talk to very personable and will tell you anything you need to know. Good luck!

people actually use cabins? For sitting no less?

V-Berth is approximately 6 1/2 feet in length. There is approximately 36 inches between the cushion and the headliner. My Father is 6' and can sit in the cabin with no problem.

Any other questions you can always send me an email at Panterab@bellsouth.net

JO

Rob, you know something we don't? I'd think that it's highly unlikely it would be for sale. HotJava66 just wanted to look at one in person.

Yeah I'm packed away for winter as well ..... simply awesome boats however! I'm a believer big time and I have owned some of the best boats made in the past 25 years. No worries on Lake Huron ....
