Hi today of 66.
It's freakin' chilly.
Had to get a fire going when I got home from work.
Looks are deceiving from inside the house - Sunny and beautiful, cactus and palm trees.

I don't miss scraping the frost off the truck windows.

Caddy was great there was at least 2' of snow on the ground. No pics. It was an expensive trip. My tailight stopped working its all leds, $100 dollar part from yamaha. Going to test it today at work. Gaga hit a cinder block with his sled and bent his a arm, he also realized that after market 4 stroke exhaust is not for him , sled going back to stock. To top things off, I lost a bearing on the trailer about 3 miles from my exit, trailer tire went bouncing down the expressway! It was a fun but, expensive weekend!

Mike, if you didnt wanna flip the dough for a brake controller, We can prob pull mine out and stick it in yours. They just plug into a socket under the dash...no splicing. Assuming your 99 is the same as my 04. Then again, not sure what big D is gonna have to do considering they ripped your factory stuff out

I used to pull my 40' excalibur to burnham harbor ramp. Brakes were well, non existant. Brake system was vacuum over hydraulic.Yep, two jumbo rubber vacuum hosed you attached near the hitch provided the truck was setup with that. Trailer had a huge air tank/vacuum canister mounted inside the frame rails. Then there was a big brake booster and master cylinder on the trailer. I actaully read they were a good setup in the 80's.

I'd like to try a different electric controller. I have a "hoppy" brand now. Bbob about smacked his chest off the steering wheel when first pulling his cig with my setup. I had the gain all the way up as my boat trailer brakes were in need of adjustment bad. I dont know diddly bout them other than some are inertia activated and some are ???? something else. I thought i remember something about the tekonsha prodigy ones that were good a few years back.
