anyone know this 38 Top Gun?

Hi Guys, the folks suggested that I post this question over here in Cig country.
My buddy is considering a 38 Top Gun listed on the offshoreboat.com sales site.
The boat is in California. It's a 1993 38 Top Gun. Boat is white with color block/geometric shape graphics.includes trailer. Bravo drives, showers external steering. 540cid/575 HP motors recently (hrs.) rebuilt.$ Asking $78,500. Boat looks good in all respects BUT do any of you have any inside info on it. should take a look at TANKS boat. i think they are the same year. it has 525's w/ 3a's. and lots of upgrades.

Not trying to take away from anyone else's sale but yes, our boat is for sale, yes it is all white under the wrap and yes it has a crap load of upgrades, some of which were show cased by Powerboat magazine (the underwater lights will be in an upcoming issue).

We're asking a bit more but our boat is a 95 with 525SC's and SSM 3A's on a 2005 aluminum So Fl Trailer.

Love our boat, no problems with it at all. Just have found that since having the baby we don't use it as much as we should. Figure I'll buy another Cig when the boy is old enough to enjoy it with me.

Oh, and by the way, Jeff....I do know that other Top Gun. It was owned by a guy named Corky for many years. Boat was very neglected for a while but looks like it has had some fresh life breathed into it which is nice to see.

If I were in the market for an older Top Gun Tanks would be on my lift now.
I've seen it in person & they don't get any better.
The drives make it much more valuable + the boat is cherry.
